A: Yes! If you don’t have the time, resources, or bandwidth to customize it yourself, I can do it for you for an additional fee. Click here or email hello@thecaseymurphy.com.
Q: "Can I edit these templates myself?"
A: Yes. You can change the colors, fonts, layout, and text. Upload your logo, swap out sections, and tailor it to your brand. Every Canva graphic design element that I use are accessible with a free Canva account. Once you have your free (or Pro) Canva account, you're ready to go!
Q: "How do I edit & customize your digital marketing templates?"
A: Click the Canva template link that you receive in your digital download after completing your purchase. You can edit the template from any device with internet using the browser or Canva app. No design skills or special software required!
Access & Delivery for Digital Downloads
Q: "How will I get my digital product files?"
A: Immediately after purchase, you’ll get an instant download link on the order confirmation page. No physical item will be shipped.
Q: "How long will I have access to my digital download files?"
A: Forever. Your Canva template link won’t expire, and you can keep the download files for as long as you need. However, you can download the files one time only, so make sure to immediately after completing purchase!
Q: "What do I need to use the editable templates?
A: Just a free Canva account and internet access! Optional: a printer if you’re planning to utilize the printed components of whatever template package you purchased, like the Hot Sheets Holiday Printable Pack.
Q: Do you ship anything?
A: No. The tools you purchased will be delivered electromically right after you complete your purchase.
"Q: "I am an independent adult novelty retailer. Can I use your templates for my business?"
A: Hell yeah! I created these templates for YOU, in addition to small product manufacturers, sex educators, sex toy bloggers, and sexual wellness home party business owners. Customize them to fit your branding and use them across digital platforms, in-store displays, pop-ups, or as printed handouts - wherever you connect with your people!
Q: "Are there any restrictions on how I can use these templates?"
You may not duplicate, resell, redistribute, or share the files as-is or in editable form. That includes:
• Uploading to any digital marketplace (even if altered)
• Sharing any/all links, downloads, content and IP is strictly prohibited
• Repackaging the content as your own digital product
• Using the content as part of a blog, email, social media post, template, course, or resale bundle
• Offering the designs or files to others as your own product or service

A: I specialize in sexual health and wellness, but I don’t stop there. Real-time research drives everything I do, which means I'm adaptable to any business model. My clients have ranged from music recording artists, real estate agents to small local lifestyle boutiques.

A: I don’t sell overnight wins or viral moments. Can they happen? Yes. But realistic expectations are important. My framework is backed by actual case studies from my client base, meaning they have been implemented, refined, and proven in real-world launches, sales cycles, and wholesale partnerships.
More importantly, I know what doesn’t work, so we’re not making educated guesses. Every move is intentional, grounded in data, timing, and decisions that resonate with wholesale buyers, press, and customers. Those moves keep paying off if you have the patience to let them. The majority of clients gain solid traction around the three-month mark, when strategy, visibility, and demand click into place.

A: No. I work with new founders and seasoned brands - however, small and indie brands & entrepreneurs are where my passion lies. Whether you’re launching your first product or ready to refine your wholesale strategy, I meet you where you’re at.
Q: "Do I need a big budget to work with you?'
A: My services are available à la carte and designed to suit all budgets. We build around your goals & budget, so your money goes where it makes the most impact.
Q: "Have you seen that show "The Bold Type"?"
A: Not until someone brought it to my attention, several months after I chose this business name. I watched about 10 minutes of the show before throwing the remote control at the TV.
